Job Description

What's the job?


  • Recruit, interview, evaluate staffing and recruiting professionals on a permanent basis 
  • Intuitively source and identify active and passive staffing and recruiting professionals through various sourcing engines and social media sites 
  • Conduct thorough phone and face to face interviews to determine candidate qualifications and job requirements 
  • Build and maintain a quality pipeline through fostering long term relationships with candidates across multiple markets in the APAC Region 
  • Manages application of entry-level candidates sourced from targeted universities.
    Maintains candidate engagement through various forms of contact, media and events on a bi-weekly/monthly basis.
  • May liaise with universities as needed to increase or manage candidate flow. 
  • Help organize hiring events at each office, that are coordinated and run through the local management team. 
  • Coordinate attendance at a college career events.
