Job Description

Are you eager to gain hands-on experience in the world of recruitment and talent acquisition? Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for connecting top talent with exciting career opportunities? We are offering an exciting internship opportunity as a Recruitment Researcher in our Executive Search firm. As a Recruitment Researcher, you will have the chance to learn and contribute to the full 360 recruitment process. You will be responsible for conducting research, sourcing candidates, and supporting our Recruitment Consultants in their efforts to find the best talent for our clients.

Job Scope

  • Assist in conducting research and utilizing various recruitment platforms and networking tools to identify potential candidates for different job roles.
  • Learn to evaluate candidate profiles and resumes to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Gain exposure to conducting preliminary screenings and interviews to understand candidate suitability and potential.
  • Collaborate closely with our Recruitment Consultants and Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and assist in developing effective sourcing strategies.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline by engaging with passive candidates and networking within the industry.
  • Learn to provide comprehensive candidate shortlists and assessments to Recruitment Consultants for their review and consideration.
  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and recruitment techniques to enhance your sourcing strategies.
  • Learn to deliver exceptional candidate experience by providing timely and personalized communication throughout the recruitment process.
