Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Training Coordination

  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of training sessions and workshops.

  • Liaise with trainers, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure all training logistics and materials are in place.

  • Maintain training records, including attendance sheets, feedback forms, and evaluation reports.

2. Communication & Employee Support

  • Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies, procedures, and programmes.

  • Assist in developing and distributing HR communications (e.g. newsletters, announcements, training calendars).

  • Support internal communication efforts to ensure employees are updated on HR-related matters.

3. Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases and records.

  • Generate reports on training activities and other HR data as required.

  • Support basic data analysis to identify trends or areas for improvement.

4. Process Improvement & HR Support

  • Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Candidates without formal HR qualifications are welcome to apply; relevant experience will be considered.

  • Candidates with administrative and/or HR experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and records.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionally.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.

  • Problem-solving mindset with critical thinking skills.

  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIQ software is an advantage.
