Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management & Growth

Manage and operate brand accounts across major social media platforms (e.g., Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Instagram, TikTok), including content publishing, community engagement, and execution of growth strategies to enhance brand presence and audience engagement. 

2. KOL/KOC Marketing Coordination

Support the identification, outreach, and management of influencer partnerships. Assist in campaign planning, execution tracking, and post-campaign performance analysis.

3. Content Planning & Production Support

Assist in the ideation and execution of short-form video and visual content, including pre-production planning, scripting support, and on-site coordination. 

4. Content Creation & Editing Collaboration

Work closely with designers and video editors to align on content direction and revisions. Contribute to basic editing and content creation when required. 

5. Performance Tracking & Data Analysis

Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., impressions, engagement, conversions), prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization. 

6. Cross-functional Support

Collaborate with internal teams (eg, marketing, sales) and support broader business initiatives as needed. 

Requirements

1. Strong sense of responsibility and execution, with the ability to deliver tasks on time.

2. Passion for social media and digital marketing, with a good sense of content trends and aesthetics.

3. Prior experience in social media, content creation, or marketing is a plus.

4. Basic skills in content creation (copywriting, video shooting, or editing) preferred.

5. Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders 

6. Able to commit consistently on a weekly basis and for a minimum of 3 months

Bonus Points

1. Experience managing personal social media accounts 

2. Familiarity with editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro

3. Strong awareness of content trends and viral topics 

4. Existing influencer/KOL network or collaboration experience

岗位职责

1. 社交媒体账号运营

负责品牌在各大社交媒体平台(如小红书 / 抖音 / Instagram / TikTok 等)的日常运营,包括内容发布、互动维护及账号增长策略执行。

2. 数字营销与达人合作(KOL/KOC)

协助筛选、对接及管理达人资源,参与制定合作方案,跟进投放进度及效果复盘。

3. 内容拍摄与执行支持

协助短视频 / 图片内容的策划与拍摄执行,包括前期准备、现场协调等。

4. 内容制作与剪辑协作

与剪辑师沟通内容方向与修改需求;在需要时,参与基础剪辑及内容创作。

5. 数据分析与效果评估

跟踪内容及投放数据(如曝光、点击、转化等),输出基础数据分析与优化建议。

6. 跨部门协作与其他支持工作

根据个人兴趣与业务需要,参与销售支持或其他运营相关工作。

岗位要求

1. 责任心强,执行力高,具备良好的时间管理能力,能够按时高质量交付工作成果

2. 对社交媒体及数字营销有浓厚兴趣,具备良好的内容感知能力及审美判断

3. 有相关实习或项目经验者优先(如社媒运营、内容创作、市场营销等)

4. 具备基础内容创作能力(文案、短视频拍摄或简单剪辑)者优先

5. 具备良好的沟通与协作能力,能够高效对接内部团队及外部合作方

6. 可居家办公,每周可稳定投入时间,并可连续实习不少于 3 个月
