With proven operational experience in large-scale cleaning deployments, we are expanding into Singapore to support facility owners and industrial operators with cost-effective, technology-driven maintenance solutions aligned with ESG and safety standards.
We are looking for a Part-Time Safety Officer to support our operations by preparing and managing safety-related documentation for drone and robotic cleaning activities. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with workplace safety requirements and client-specific safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review:
- Risk Assessments (RA)
- Safe Work Procedures (SWP)
- Method Statements
- Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- Permit-to-Work (PTW) documentation
- Develop safety documentation for:
- Drone cleaning operations
- Work-at-height activities
- Industrial and facade cleaning projects
- Solar and wind turbine cleaning operations
- Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations and client HSE requirements
- Conduct site safety inspections and hazard identification when required
- Coordinate with operations and project teams for safety planning
- Assist in safety briefing preparation and toolbox meeting documentation
- Support incident reporting and corrective action documentation if required
- Maintain proper records of safety documents and revisions
- Liaise with clients regarding safety submissions and approvals
Requirements
- Relevant safety certifications such as:
- WSH Officer / WSH Coordinator certification
- BizSAFE knowledge preferred
- Experience in preparing safety documentation for industrial or construction projects
- Knowledge of Singapore Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations
- Familiarity with work-at-height and industrial cleaning activities preferred
- Experience in drone operations or robotics-related projects is an added advantage
- Good documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently on a flexible schedule
