- Job Description
The intern will be given the opportunity to learn about the financial and forex industry by gaining exposure in FX multi-dealer aggregator platform designed for institutional clients including banks, hedge funds and broker-dealers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in work related to building relationships with clients and prospects
- Perform sanity checks on client environments to prepare for upcoming demos and sales pitches
- Maintain customer relationship management database
- Raise and organize business requirement and enhancement tickets
- Help in preparing sales and account management related reports and documentation
- Liaison with the client support team, project managers and developers to ensure issues resolution
- Other ad-hoc research and analysis
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in any subject
- Basic understanding of FX market an advantage, more importantly, a desire to learn FX
- Passionate about financial technology in general
- Strong communication, must be able to read, speak and write Mandarin and English fluently
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and client focus
- Good team player with positive work ethics and attitude
- Independent, highly organized and ability to prioritize the workload.
- Resourceful and problem solver
- Willingness to be flexible according to the current demands of the organization
