Requirements and Job scopes:
Effectively manage leads
Identify and assess customer's needs
Set appointments from leads generated
Ensure show ups to outlets
Arrange customer's appointment slots
Reminder to new customers for appointment through calls/SMSs
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Meet personal targets and call handling quotas
Generation of daily reports
Liaison with Branch Managers on turn ups
Handling of inquiries, complaints and feedback
Other ad-hoc duties as and when required
