Job Description
Requirements and Job scopes:
- Effectively manage leads
- Identify and assess customer's needs
- Set appointments from leads generated
- Ensure show ups to outlets
- Arrange customer's appointment slots
- Reminder to new customers for appointment through calls/smses
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Meet personal targets and call handling quotas
- Generation of daily reports
- Liaison with Branch Managers on turn ups
- Handling of inquiries,complaints and feedback
- Other adhoc duties as and when required
- 5 working day per weeks (Include Sat/ Sun/ PH)
- Retail Hours
- Preferably someone who can start immediately
