Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer and client enquiries both online and offline, ensuring thorough follow-up to maximize engagement
• Pursue and qualify sales leads to convert prospects into customers
• Advise customers on product selection and customization options to meet their space-saving needs
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing sales, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assist with invoicing, diary management, administrative tasks, and paperwork to support smooth operations
• Commit to working on weekends to meet customer demand and store requirements
