Do you want to contribute in creating a Future Proof company while deepening your understanding of corporate governance and project management? Sopra Steria Asia offers you the opportunity to challenge your knowledge by joining our Digital Transformation and Quality team. You will be supporting transverse activities for 3 main topics: Human Capital, processes harmonization and project management. For each topic, based on quantitative results and qualitative feedback already available, you will contribute to documentation management and continuous improvement. Target is to be an active player of an ambitious transformation plan that you will have to support during your 6 months internship. Your activity will be tracked using KPI and standards reporting to management.
Directly under the supervision of SSA Digital Transformation and Quality Manager, you will be interacting daily with the entire set of our management team. You will be interfacing with Process owners, Project Managers, PMOs and International Quality team.
This internship will be managed based on mentoring and result oriented approach. By following the Digital Transformation and Quality Manager you will progressively skill up and acquire your independence. Objective is for you to be quickly autonomous and to lead your own improvement topics. Each step of your activity will have to be done in accordance to ISO9001 norm that you will learn to master as well as project management tools, consulting mindset and facilitation techniques.
