Sonare Music School – Sales and Customer Service Intern

Sonare Music School is a family business that has provided quality music education to students from Singapore and the rest of the world since 1989. Now based in Compass One in Sengkang, Sonare is a hub for students, teachers and music lovers alike.

• Manage social media accounts and curate/adapt content from for postings
• Create and design marketing collateral including content for website and in-store promotions
• Propose, plan and execute sales strategies
• Update and optimise CRM records and POS system
• Update product classifications, support stock planning and indents
• Gain end-to-end understanding of retail processes including customer management
• Opportunities to learn videography and photography for music recordings, including basic post-production

5-day work week including 1 weekend (Sat and/or Sun), shift work.
