- Job Description
- Collaborate on development of new business processes and systems
- Craft company policies and direction
- Manage staff contracts, hiring strategies and timelines
- Explore alternative revenue streams
- Propose, plan and execute sales strategies
- Update and optimise CRM records and POS system
- Update and optimise HR records
- Update product classifications, support stock planning and indents
- Gain end-to-end understanding of retail processes including customer management
5-day work week including 1 weekend (Sat and/or Sun), shift work.
