Contract / Part Time Brand Ambassador

We're seeking passionate individuals to join our team as contract or part-time Brand Ambassadors for our upcoming 8 weeks pop-up store in Central Singapore. As a Brand Ambassador, you'll represent our brand and engage with customers to create a memorable shopping experience. Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, in keeping with the brand’s tone of voice, always maintaining a friendly disposition.
• Internalize knowledge of the company’s offerings, to assist customers with styling advice, product knowledge, size requests, and other customer queries.
• Perform changing room duties, arranging customers’ changing room queue, steaming of clothes, and hanging back of clothes in an orderly way.
• Perform cashier duties including processing orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain the store’s setup and visual merchandising standards.
• Pack orders for customers, always keeping a tidy working environment.
• Assist with stock replenishments and preparation of display pieces.
• Other miscellaneous tasks related to the store, packing of orders, and customer service.

Requirements:

• Min. A Level Certificate, Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in retail or customer-facing environments
• Proficient in English
• Part-Time — Commitment period : 8 weeks minimum, 3 days per week including 1 weekend and public holiday, Hourly Rate: $12 - $16
• Contract — Commitment period : 8 weeks minimum, 5 days per week including 1 weekend and public holiday, $2k - $2.5k per month (depending on related work experience)
