Solve-X is an AI consulting firm that helps businesses fix the way they work. We go into companies, identify broken or bloated processes, and rebuild them using AI — faster workflows, smarter systems, fewer bottlenecks.
We don't just advise — we build and implement. And internally, we practice what we preach. We are actively building Solve-X itself to run with minimal human intervention, powered by agentic AI systems.
We are building a company that largely runs itself. This intern will work directly with the founder to design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate core business functions — from client delivery to internal operations. The goal is a lean, intelligent company where humans focus only on what truly requires human judgment.
This is a hands-on builder role. You won't be maintaining legacy code or sitting in long meetings. You'll be shipping agents, testing automations, iterating fast, and helping shape what a minimal-human company actually looks like in practice.
Agentic systems
- AI agents that handle repeatable business tasks
- Multi-step automated workflows
- Claude-powered internal tools
- Agent pipelines with minimal human checkpoints
Integrations & ops
- API integrations between tools and platforms
- Automated client reporting or onboarding flows
- Internal dashboards and monitoring
- Prompt engineering and .md system files
What we're looking for
- Comfortable building with Claude's API — tool use, system prompts, multi-turn flows
- Some programming background — Python or JavaScript preferred
- Familiar with or eager to learn agentic frameworks and orchestration
- Vibe coding mindset — ships fast using AI, doesn't wait for perfect specs
- Self-directed — you manage your own setup, tools, and learning
- Curious about what a minimal-human company actually looks like operationally
- Strong English communication — written and spoken
- Remote-ready and async-comfortable
