MAIN DUTIES:

• Prepare month-end & year-end closing journals;Compile financial reports for management in accordance to policies & procedures;
• Ensure bank sheet reconciliations are completed on a timely and accurate manner;
• Prepare daily cash balance report and daily bank statements for abnormalities;
• Prepare quarterly GST submission;
• Supervise respective Finance sections and ensure timely submission of all related reports and compliance to policy & procedures;
• Assist in all audits of the hotel
• Coordinate and manage the annual budget, forecasting process from preparation to execution;
• Attend to Corporate/owner queries and requests;Compile and assist in survey forms required by agencies
• Other duties as assigned
