The Strategic Planning and Performance Monitoring Office is looking for an intern to support the business in Asia Pacific and Middle East

The objective of the internship can be summarized as “Give your best to enable business growth and expansion in our international business”.

Job Description

The role will cover daily support to the Strategic Planning and Performance Monitoring Office

  • Market intelligence: Development of market intelligence platform, management of database, analysis of market intel, development of analysis tools, development of reliable data
  • Strategic planning: Engage with business lines to understand growth targets, expansion plans, and enablers to achieve; Analyze resources needs to ensure maximization of ROI
  • Business planning: Liaise with APMEA stakeholders to ensure strategic initiatives are completed, analysis of business operations, financial and competitive data
  • Mergers, acquisition, and integration: Support the due diligence process and the integration of new companies
  • Strategic analysis: Develop frameworks, perform analysis and reviews on Sodexo’s business portfolio across >22 countries in Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa, and South America
  • Project Management: Plan, manage, and develop contents for regional projects and leadership engagement activities
  • Organization re-design: Development operating models, organization structure and change management materials

The successful candidate should possess the following
