Marketing Intern: Task

He / She must have or understand the following;

• Knowledge and understand Singapore media landscape (i.e. tri-media – print, radio, TV and non-trad – online; web, social networking, email marketing, etc.)

• Enthusiasm to do CSR projects

• Marketing background from Principles, Strategies, Evaluation and Recording

• Willing to do administrative tasks

He / She will be accomplishing task prescribe in internship scope. He / She will perform;

• Communicate with various media to deliver media mileage for Sodexo Singapore

• Communicate to key personnel for Newsletter articles i.e. Unit Activities, HR, CSR, SEQ, etc.

• Assist in the preparation, delivery and implementation of Sodexo CSR projects i.e. Stop Hunger, BTP, etc.

• Take photos in various activities and food photos during food promotions or CSR projects for communication

• Prepare media details and liaise with media practitioners to do PR, media mileage, etc.

• Go on site visit accompanied by Sodexo personnel (marketing team or operations team) to facilitate the activity/project in the unit

• Prepare, Organize and Inventory marketing collaterals and materials (administrative task)

• Organize and implement ad hoc request with assistance from Graphic Designer

• Assist Marketing to do brand communication especially CSR projects from planning, visit, monitoring, promotion, execution, evaluation

• Assist the marketing department in other pertinent projects

• Prepare Status Reports on on-going projects

• Other project / assignment deemed important for the role
