The role will cover part-time support for the APMEA Regional Communications office. You will join a dynamic team and gain exposure to applying design principles to achieve business outcomes.

Flexible Remote Work arrangement: The candidate can be based in Singapore, India, Malaysia, Philippines or Vietnam

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Graphic Design: Support the creation of strategic communications and content through design on Canva/Adobe e.g. creating design templates, designing reports, case studies, social media content
Content Development: Participate in ideation and concept development for communications campaigns and projects e.g. social media campaigns, internal communications, case studies and topical reports, white papers
Brand Guardianship: Apply Sodexo’s corporate brand identity and design guidelines accurately and effectively on all projects Communications Support: Occasional support on communications related projects e.g. light copywriting, drafting social media and internal communications content, preparing presentations
Event Support: Design for collaterals, key visual development and supporting communications for corporate events and conference(s)

Other skills and Abilities:
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Proficient in Adobe Suite/Affinity Design, Canva, PowerPoint
Video production/editing: Some basic know-how is a bonus
Service Spirit, Team Spirit, and Spirit of Progress
Hands on pro-active approach with an ability to work autonomously
Good communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural environment
Receptive to feedback, creative thinker, ‘can do and improve’ attitude 

Presentation skills:
Prior experience in related design work will be advantageous (kindly submit portfolio with application)
