Main assignments:

  • HR processes – support Annual HR activities (talent review, salary increases, bonus allocation, objective-setting) by providing support to calculations and documentation necessary to run the process smoothly and timely;
  • Governance activities (meetings, reporting, presentations) – support efficient governance by assisting with the preparation of all activities (scheduling, document preparation, presentation support) for internal and client meetings;
  • Recruitment – support recruitment activities by searching for candidates in recruitment database, liaising with agencies, scheduling interviews, updating briefs, and generally facilitating on-boarding journey;
  • Recruitment: Support the implementation of referral programs assessment across the region ; implementation where non existing - external benchmark & embed gender balance component when possible
  • HR analysis – provide analytical support to review available statistics and provide recommendations based on results;
  • Update on-boarding documents and propose improvements
  • Support Learning & Development projects when required
  • Support on HR administration: prepare letters and other documents when required, improve the filing system

Person Specification and skills:

Essential

• Excellent office software knowledge (Excel proficiency is mandatory)

• Ability to effectively communicate with people at different levels of the organization

• Ability to understand the processes and propose improvements

• First experience in HR or Administration

Desirable

• Knowledge of local regulations

•The position will start ASAP in January for a duration of a year
