Job Description

Media Buyer [Meta Ads & TikTok Ads]

(1 full-time position) 

You are a highly motivated and reliable team player who is able to maximise our client’s ROI on their ad budget. You are willing to follow rules, processes and procedures for media buying, quickly learn and adapt to new technologies easily for the ad setup and understand how to uncover the possible causes of underperforming ad campaigns by analysing key ad metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC etc). 

You are an expert in media buying conversion campaigns on Facebook & TikTok. You are also responsive around teams and strive to support them around tight deadlines. 

You must:

  • Setup of FB/TikTok Ads Account (Registration, Ad Accounts, Access & Billing)

  • Install the suitable pixels, tags and conversion codes onto landing pages

  • Follow rules and processes for the campaign ad structure

  • Identify the most ideal target audiences across our campaigns

  • Create custom/lookalike audience & conduct detailed targeting on Meta Ad Manager

  • Understand key ad metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, Opt-In Rates)

  • Monitor and track conversions daily

  • Follow rules and processes to monitor, stop, scale and review ads daily

  • Escalate underperforming campaigns based on pre-set targets

  • Report campaign performance to clients weekly

  • Work effectively with our team of to set up the ads and conduct split tests

Summary of key responsibilities:

  • Installation of the right tracking codes on landing pages

  • Identify the most ideal audience for targeting on ads

  • Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns

  • Track critical data to identify the profitability of campaigns and report to management

  • Scale campaigns that are doing well

  • Work effectively with our team to ensure our clients maximise their ROI with us
