• Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with our marketing objectives, tracking performance and optimizing for engagement.

• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media metrics, analyze engagement and growth, and prepare regular reports to inform strategy.

• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on social media trends and insights to keep our content fresh, relevant, and effective.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Experience: 2-5 years in social media management, preferably with a focus on mission-driven or financial organizations.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

  • Strong writing and visual content creation skills.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific insights.
