Job description

1. Picking, inspecting and packing products based on daily orders

2. Scanning and sorting outgoing stock

3. Labelling and boxing products prior to shipping

4. QC stock

5. Track and trace delivery

6. Responsible for Stock Count

7. Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty

8. Computer literate (such as barcode scanner)

9. Respond to guests' issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner

10. Provide information about products and services

11. Responding to phone call and email requests

12. Checking product or service availability
