- Starting Salary: S$800 – S$1,800 (Fresh Graduate)
- Performance-Based Progression: Up to $2000 – S$3,200+ based on operational responsibilities, business development, and independent studio management.

Job ScopeDay-to-Day Studio Operations & Management
Manage & promote studio bookings, scheduling, and customer inquiries smoothly.Welcome students, support teachers, and ensure a premium front-desk experience.Oversee studio cleanliness, opening/closing protocols, and inventory.Ultimate Goal: Master daily operations to run the studio independently.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Ideate and execute content for Instagram, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and TikTok.
- Film behind-the-scenes moments, classes, and studio events.
- Basic video editing, trendy posting, and community engagement.
- Event Coordination & Execution
Support workshops, dance events, collaborations, and photoshoots.Brainstorm creative promotions to drive student enrollment and community growth.
