The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates to assess their suitability for the private equity industry and the roles we are working on.
• Producing shortlists of appropriate and screened candidates for our clients.
• Maintaining quality candidate maps showcasing our reach and depth of candidate pool in the Asia Pacific, US, UK and continental Europe.
• Executing required tasks efficiently and according to the company's standards.
• Maintaining a good working knowledge of the Asian private equity industry.

The Profile

• You have at least a Degree/Diploma in any field and ideally have exposure to recruitment or financial services.
• You are interested in private equity as well as assessing/analysing human interaction and communication.
• You have exceptional telephone manners and communication skills.
• You show a strong commitment to contacting and building relationships with candidates.
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.
• You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
• You hold yourself to high standards with immaculate attention to detail.
• You are fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with candidates across the Asia Pacific.
