Snaphunt Pte Ltd – Workplace Admin Assistant (Contract Role)

The Job

You will be responsible for:

• Attending to facilities requests and complaints and liaise with stakeholders.
• Managing vendors – M&E, cleaning, landscape, repairs, ad-hoc requests & projects, etc. This includes all follow ups as well.
• Sending out notices to studio and responding to feedback.
• Escorting vendor onsite for any facilities related work. 
• Managing and liaising with building management – after hours air-con requests, notices, etc.
• Conducting facilities inspections and walkthroughs in the studio and actioning accordingly. 
• Liaising with procurement and raising facilities related requisitions on OSM 
• Ensuring all goods and services are delivered accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assisting Workplace Manager on ad-hoc projects and requests.

The Profile

• You possess a Diploma, preferably in a related field and have 2 years experience in facilities operations and management.
• You are able to communicate across job functions and varied working styles.
• You have some experience in managing contractors (e.g. M&E, repairs) as and when required.
