The Job

Our Client is seeking for a full-time Accounts Executive to join the studio of Singapore. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, which includes month-end and year-end closing and financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

• Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (AR, AP, GL and account reconciliation)
• Performing month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to Head Office on a monthly basis
• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support inter-company activities
• Assist in coordinating and liaising with external parties like vendors, external auditors, tax agent and corporate secretarial where required
• Responsible for preparing draft statutory accounts
• Responsible for preparing annual tax filing and quarterly GST reporting
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
• Attend to ad hoc-assignment when needed

The Profile

• You have a Diploma/Degree/Professional qualifications in Accounting as well as at least 3 years experience in managing full set of accounts, preparing corporate tax, GST and statutory accounts
• You are well-organized and meticulous with an eye for detail
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments and able to meet deadlines
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You know how to use the necessary functions of the financial tools and systems
• You have a good understanding of the main financial concepts and accounting principles
