The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Performing data entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of trading data
• Dealing with customers/logistic providers on a regular basis for all pre and post shipment activities
• Liaising actively with production assets to optimize scheduling and ensure performance continuity
• Ensuring contractual performance and compliance at all times, actively resolve post-shipment disputes
• Managing risk by ensuring compliance with internal controls during pre-shipment stage
• Supporting front and back office to ensure smooth operations, minimizing costs and delays
• Other ad-hoc duties from time to time

The Profile

• You have a Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply!
• Knowledge of international trades and logistics, familiarity with import/export documentation and trade financing an added advantage
• You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• You are analytical, results orientated and strong logical thinker
• You are a self-driven team player, good listener and good communicator
• You are systematic, organized and able to thrive under pressure and situational ambiguity
• You have the ability to converse fluently in English and Mandarin to liaise with buyers and sellers, knowledge of a third language an added advantage
