The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Processing invoices and expense claims.
• Resolving all payables related issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintaining accounting ledgers and assisting in monthly closing.
• Performing vendor and bank reconciliations.
• Working with various stakeholders to improve AP process, controls & analysis.

Ideal Candidate

Required Qualification and Skill

• A tertiary degree with solid GPA records
• The ability to meet deadlines
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word & Excel & PowerPoint 
• You have at least 1 year experience within a AP Accountant role, ideally within the the Financial Services Industry industry.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
