The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage the IT infrastructure including Azure Cloud, hardware, and software
• application and provide support to end-users
• To install updates and patches for all IT systems including
• planning for scheduled preventive maintenance
• To manage in-house POS system and related hardware
• To explore new, faster business processes and implement analytics for
• The meaningful decision for management
• Ensure that all automated system processes (data backup etc.) and
• scheduled tasks (batch jobs) are properly carried out on time
• To update and maintain asset list for all hardware and software
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date documentation including SOP, user guide,
• network layout, system design, and configuration
• Deployed to client’s office island-wide 
• Perform other duties assigned by management

Ideal Candidate

• Proficiency in managing IT infrastructure: The System Engineer should have the technical expertise to manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including Azure Cloud, hardware and software applications 
• Ability to provide end-user support: The System Engineer should be able to provide support to end-users in a timely and effective manner. 
• Knowledge of installation and maintenance: The System Engineer should be capable of installing updates and patches for all IT systems and planning for scheduled preventive maintenance. 
• Familiarity with POS systems: The System Engineer should have experience managing in-house POS systems and related hardware. 
• Understanding of analytics and business processes: The System Engineer should know exploring new, fast business processes and implanting analytics for meaningful decision-making for management 
• Knowledge of automated system processes: The System Engineer should be familiar with automated system processes such as data backup and scheduled tasks (batch jobs) and ensure they are properly carried out on time
• Ability to maintain asset lists: The System Engineer should update and maintain an up-to-date asset list for all hardware and software. 
• Proficiency in the documentation: The System Engineer should prepare and maintain up-to-date documentation, including SOP, user guide, network layout, system design, and configuration. 
• Flexibility and adaptability: The System Engineer should be able to perform other duties assigned by management and be flexible and adaptable to changing requirements.
