The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Assist Manager with all employee-related matters to ensure productivity for sales related activities
- Demonstrate exemplary conduct, nurture self-motivation, and embrace a high level of discipline in order to achieve outstanding performance
- Promote team building and facilitate skill acquisition and competence development within job roles
- To provide excellent customer service with product FABs and maintain long-term relationship
- Assist Shop Manager in organizing stock room and supporting back of house by packing / unpacking shipments
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum GCE O Level certification with at least 4 year of retail store operations experience serving customer
- Posses excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills in Mandarin Language (in order to provide excellent customer service with product FABs and maintain long-term relationship with Chinese speaking customers.)
- Excellent interpersonal skill managing both internal and external customer
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays & shift duty
