The Job

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Monitoring and managing payroll and controllable expenses within company guidelines.
• Managing customer database, product updates/upgrades, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
• Assisting management team in daily facility operations.
• Preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Demonstrating positive leadership characteristics, which inspire employees.
• Supervising problem-solving and conflict management situations, using creative organizational techniques, in a team-based environment.
• Working with upper management to create a positive working relationship within the team.
• Ensuring safe working conditions for the team.
• Increasing production revenue by upselling customers.

Ideal Candidate

• You are computer literate.
• You must be able to operate the basic formulation of Microsoft Excel
• You have good communication skills.
