Monitor daily operational issues and liaise with internal and external parties to resolve issues and ensure smooth day to day operations.
Ensure all settlement instructions are timely, accurately, and efficiently executed.
Validate and investigate with payment channels such as banks, custodians, third party payment channels when there are needs such as dispute transaction.
Handle daily settlement transactions properly and efficiently including performing routine fiat and cryptocurrency reconciliation.
Responsible for ensuring a quick and seamless onboarding and account opening experience for our clients. Our goal is to exceed our clients’ expectations by constantly innovating to improve the onboarding and account opening processes.
Participate in BAU process improvements to reduce operational risk and enhance customer experience.
