The Job

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Compare, review, and analyse the organization's new business needs with existing business and application processes.
• Cooperate and coordinate with stakeholders and external vendors for new business needs and application management.
• Act as the first-line support (onsite, remote, etc.) for software troubleshooting related to the applications.
• Understand and identify API technology and functional requirements for applications and systems and work with business partners.
• Performs ongoing maintenance, enhancement, testing and deployment of applications systems and programs.
• Prepare documents to support new or enhanced systems and applications internally and externally.
• Plan and perform IT audits of applications, systems and other IT processes that are ongoing annually with IT team and external partners.
• Good team player who can contribute as a team or individually.

Ideal Candidate

Key Competencies:

• Technology skills – Unix, SQL with minimum 2-3 Years of exp.
• Knowledge about API (Rest API etc.).
• Strong support mindsets.
• Great communication Skills. Ability to interact with internal and external clients.
• Some Scripting skills.
• Strong document writing skills.
• Basic debugging, simple code review.
• Review logs to track issue.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology.
• C#, Spring-based Java Web development experience.
• IT service operation, QA(Quality Assurance) related work experience.
• Prior experience in project management and execution will be desirable
• Positive Attitude, Attention to Detail, Patience, Adaptability, People Oriented
