2. Learn and present the outcome of the learning.

4. Ability to deliver results.
5. Maintain good relationships with internal and external customers.
6. Sourcing rates from supplier.
7. Understand and adhere to company's QHSE policy.
8. Be pro-active to learn, assist.
9. Understand the process, and learn and practice as much as possible.
