The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, organizing and setting up site and sequential job planning for smooth execution of projects to achieve cost, quality, timelines and customer satisfaction objectives;
• Attending project kick off meetings; project team meetings, and updates on progress;
• Ensuring all discrepancies in drawings must be identified and cleared with consultants prior to site job progress;
• Coordinating with sub-contractors, consultants, client's representatives and relevant authorities;
• Preparing and providing project-related correspondence including progress reports and work programme;
• Managing all site staff and subcontractors' schedule, work progress and provide solutions to issues at site.
• Ensuring quality control measures via on site / off site inspection;
• Checking that approved / correct materials are used within specifications / certifications submitted, recorded and approved;
• Participating in Risk Assessment and Workplace Safety and Health matters

Ideal Candidate

• You have a Degree/Master in Architecture, Civil or Structural Engineering, Construction OR Project Management with at least 5 years of relevant local working experience.
• You are able to work independently with responsibility and minimal oversight to meet tight deadline.
