The Job

• As a Site Coordinator, your responsibilities will include coordinating on-site construction activities, communicating effectively with project stakeholders, tracking project progress, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining project documentation, overseeing subcontractor work, conducting site inspections, and supporting on-site staff.

Ideal Candidate

• A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in site coordination or supervision, strong organization and time management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Preferably fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with multilingual teams and vendors.
• You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
