The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Providing application management and support and ensuring operational stability and effectiveness of applications
• Applying specific knowledge of systems and tools to support core processes and information processes & solutions
• Resolving and escalating problems for resolution when appropriate
• Maintaining and developing process and technical knowledge

The Profile

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or computer engineering
• You have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• You have strong knowledge on infrastructure hardware (x86, Storage, Backup (VEEAM), Virtualization (ESXi, Hyper-V))
• You are highly familiar with Windows, Linux/Unix, Active Directories, IBM Middleware Infrastructure (Web, App, MQ), database servers and Cloud infrastructure
• Network knowledge and Oracle Middleware knowledge will be an added advantage.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
