The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for regular Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Intercompany charges, Expense end to end cycles.
• Liaise with the business unit for verification of the invoices and costs accruals
• Assist with Month-end closing activities (bank reconciliation, BS schedules and others) and GST submission
• Ensure timely recording of accounting entries into accounting system

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or relevant Professional Certificates
• At least 2 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in MS Office application especially Excel
• Have strong knowledge with Quickbooks accounting system
• Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills and positive attitude
• Must be a team player, independent with self-initiative, meticulous and have strong sense of responsibility
