Job Outline

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer data, business processes, automated sales and business needs on a daily basis.
  • Monitoring data quality, data migrations, and data integration.
  • Assisting in creation of long term strategic goals for high data quality and appropriate data use.
  • Manage the company’s dynamic Salesforce system while communicating with team members to effectively to create the backbone for future expansion.
  • Providing advice to the team and improving inefficiencies by anticipating technical problems and provide solutions.


Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 3 years experience within a CRM/Database Management role, preferably in start-ups and enjoy setting up systems and processes to structure a young, fast-growing team.
  • You have a strong Engineering or relevant background and you are able to interact with employees from different departments.
  • You enjoy fast iterations, analytics and can effectively communicate complex concept.
  • You are a self-starter with extensive experience in Salesforce CRM software administration and handling.
  • You are knowledgeable in B2C CRM Management.
  • Preferably you are experienced in Pardot Marketing software.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
