The Job

As a Business Development Associate you would be responsible for managing B2B sales within the country.

 

Your responsibilities will include :

 

  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Leading the entire sales process: preparing pitches, conducting software demonstrations, negotiating and closing deals.
  • Establishing, connecting and cultivating new partnerships to achieve revenue goals.
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers.
  • Leading pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets while successfully managing the sales team.

 

Ideal Candidate

Requirements :

 

  • You have 2+ years of experience within B2B sales preferably within the SaaS/ Internet industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder and have the ability to liaise with senior leaders.
  • You are target driven with a solid track record of thriving in fast paced environments.
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams.
