The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
  • Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
  • Attainment Planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.
  • Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.
  • Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Getting new sales to ensure business growth
  • Actively involved in sales activities to engage in Corporate Clients
  • Plan, execute and manage sales campaigns, events, promotions and advertisements
  • Help clients reach their career goals via attending our courses
  • Help organization reach their business objectives by aligning training goals

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

  • Diploma in Sales and Marketing or related disciplines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong rapport with clients and the ability to relate well at all levels
  • Able to work independently without supervision
  • Professional and confident in dealing with corporate/individual clients and possess effective presentation skills
  • Well-rounded team player to build efficiency and foster a strong team environment
  • Highly self-motivated to achieve KPIs and targets
  • Candidate without the academic qualification but with positive working attitude with sales experience may be considered.
