The Job

Role & Responsibilities :

• Provide technical assistance & product information to customers, including assisting customer in setup, drawing simulation & troubleshooting matters
• Work closely with Service Engineer to provide timely customer service when required
• Provide sales support in preparing sales quotations and addressing customer’s enquiries
• Provide timely reporting on performance, defect, yields and other technical issues of products
• Gather information on customer’s requirements, opinions, claims, and other remarks regarding the performance & operation of products

Ideal Candidate

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience as Technical Engineer or Sales Engineer in semiconductor field. Candidates with no prior sales experience but possess engineering experience in semiconductor field are welcome to apply as well
• Highly motivated and driven
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and a good team player
