• Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
• Preparing and serving beverages and desserts to customers.
• Packaging food and beverages for sale.
• Constantly learn about teas and desserts and presentation techniques to improve beverage and desserts' quality.
• Updating signage and displays to attract customers.
• Monitoring inventory and replenishing items in display cases or behind the counter.
• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
• Ensure and maintain store and personal hygiene
• Making ingredients
• Other ad-hoc duties are required
• Full Time / Part Time is required
