The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identify Sales opportunities and achieve Orders and Revenue targets.
• Cultivate relationships with strategic customers, partners, and inter-departments.
• Organize customers’ visits, events and conduct corporate presentations.
• Develop and manage distribution channels and including new leads.
• Qualify and present to prospects, sales negotiations.
• Develop and execute action plans with internal department PICs.
• Co-ordinate Pre-Sales activities and post-Sales follow-up.
• Support marketing activities such as e-commerce, exhibition, brochures.
• Support proposals and quotation submission to customers’ RFQs, RFIs.
• Others related to Marketing activities & able to handle project as team leads PIC.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or any Engineering discipline.
• At least 2 years of sales & marketing experience, preferably experience in stamping house manufacturing / plastic & metal injection molding or surface finishing industry.
• Strong communication skills with customer and internal department focus.
• Result oriented, motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• More important, possess a high sense of responsibility & teamwork spirit; confidence & willingness to work efficiently under pressure.
• Possess a valid Singapore class 3 driving license.
• Able to travel to Southeast Asia and willing to attend seminars which are related to surface finishing including local.
