The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and maintain code for Dashboards and Reports using QlikView, Qlik Sense and NPrinting
• Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement
• Manage defect tracking system and resolve all issues and prepare updates for systems
• Create technical specifications and test plans
• Monitor everyday activities of the system and provide the required support
• Creating predictive and prescriptive models that could have a positive impact on the business.
• Driving all data analytics activities ranging from conceptualization, and visualization to operationalization.
• Performing statistical analysis on historical data to validate models.
• Working across stakeholders to identify and capitalize on opportunities to leverage data to drive business solutions.
• Contributing to and driving continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needs.
• Establishing project plans, resources, budgets and timeframes, and assigning tasks.
• Gathering, analyzing, defining and formalizing business requirements and processes into project / system specifications.
• Identifying, tracking and communicating progress, milestones, deliverables, risks and issues.
• Managing vendor relationship and deliverables.
• Preparing project feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis and proposals and obtain required approvals from IT management and project sponsors.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

• You have at least 5 years of experience, ideally within a Data Scientist or Business Analyst (Data Science) role.
• Ability to write and execute complex queries in SQL.
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
• Expertise in Data Visualisation Tools (Tableau, Qlikview, Qlik Sense) would be highly valuable.
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments
• You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams
