The Job
As Retail Sales Representative, you will be managing the point-of-sale processes and ensuring the maintenance of inventory accuracy and receiving shipments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
- Ascertaining customers' needs and recommending and displaying items that meet these.
- Staying up to date on products, markets and trends.
- Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 1 year of experience including solid experience in a similar role within Retail.
- You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
