The Job

Key responsibilities areas:

• Promoting and upsell products keeping in mind the monthly sales target
• Providing excellent buying experience to our customers to encourage repeat purchase
• Handle customer complaints and dissatisfaction courteously
• Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Replenish display trays and merchandise
• Stock take and ordering
• Receive incoming stocks
• Processing of payments
• Packing of retail packages
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter and store

Ideal Candidate

Key Competencies:

• You have at least 1-2 years of retail or sales experience
• Self disciplined and can work independently
• Friendly and approachable
• You are a team player and is willing to learn
