The Job

As Retail Associate, you will be ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service. You will also be ascertaining customers' needs and recommending and displaying items that meet these.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the point-of-sale processes.
• Ensuring maintenance of inventory accuracy and receiving shipments.
• Staying up to date on products, markets and trends.
• Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

• You have at least 1 year of experience including solid experience in a similar role within Retail.
• You also have good experience in Travel Retail.
• You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments
