The Employer

Our client specialises in game development and art production for mobile arcade and simulated gaming titles. With a strong team of multicultural gaming professionals in place and a strong track record of success, they are now expanding their team in Singapore.

The Job

You will play a vital role in supporting the team and be responsible for ensuring a strong front of house experience to all visitors. Your role will include:

• Answering incoming calls and attending to walk-ins. 
• Managing meeting room bookings and setting up meeting requirements.
• Liaising with various vendors on various matters including office supplies, facilities management etc.
• Supporting day-to-day admin tasks.

The Profile

• You ideally have 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience within a multicultural environment is a plus.
• You enjoy dealing with people and providing a good customer experience.
• You have good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• You are fluent in Mandarin to liaise with external counterparts
