The Job

Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) who will be tasked with managing and forecasting the Cash flow of a series of projects. Reviewing and commercial management of all projects, to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Attending Site Briefing (During the Tender State).
• Obtaining quotations from Suppliers & Sub-Contractor and Documents study and drawings measurement.
• Listing out or analyzing quotations from Suppliers & Sub-Contractor and Pre & Post Tender document compilation.
• Preparing Letter of Award to Supplier & Subcontractor.
• Understanding all the Terms & Conditions, and lead time from Subcontractor.
• Listing out all material to be procured.
• Preparing monthly progress claims to Consultant & evaluate Sub-Con. Claim.
• Preparing & Submit Variation Order claim to Consultant.
• Itemizing all the Variation Order or Omission costs for the project.

Ideal Candidate

Skills required:

• You possess a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a similar field its equivalent
• You have 2 years relevant experience in the construction industry will be preferable.
• You have Excellent estimation and cost management experience
• You Should have experience in studying Auto CAD drawing, BOQ, contract, tender specification
• You should have Knowledge of how quantities are taken from drawing and knowledge of doing Rate Analysis.
• You Must have knowledge of Interior works and Electrical work.
